Siegfried and Roy Celebrate the Birth of Three Leopards

Leopards Asabi and Mugamba, two of the most beloved animals in Siegfried and Roy’s ongoing conservation efforts on behalf of rare and endangered animals, became the proud parents of three leopards on March 29, 2004 at Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at The Mirage.

The first kitten born was a female and weighed in at one pound. The second born was a one-pound male, Neruda, and the third and smallest kitten, only 12 ounces, was a female.

“We are ecstatic about the birth of these three magnificent leopards and feel blessed to have the opportunity to care for such rare and beautiful creatures,” said Siegfried.
